Located on 16 acres in the heart of Rockingham County, North Carolina, we offer visitors a unique blend of agriculture and entertainment activities for the entire family. You can enjoy a stroll through our pollinator-loving flower gardens and admire the beautiful flowers or cut the flowers of your choice to make your own bouquet. Or wander along our wooded hiking trail.
If the flower beds and hiking trail don’t interest you, how about a game of axe-throwing or cornhole? We have two outdoor axe-throwing lanes available to reserve for a date with that special someone, or to hang out on the weekend. Bring the kids along too! We have a children’s playground and an outdoor movie screen to entertain them.
Do you need to get away for the weekend and look for something different to do? Here on our farm, we offer primitive and backcountry tent camping and a place to park your fully self-contained camper – up to 24′ long. If you’re looking for a peaceful campsite surrounded by nature with an abundance of activities right at your doorstep, look no further. At Robinson’s Recreation Farm, we have everything you need to make your summer vacation relaxing and fun. As an added bonus, we host several festivals and community events throughout the year.
In addition to the activities and events we have right here on the farm, we are conveniently located to museums, historic shopping districts, theater and art guilds, a vineyard, a nature preserve, hiking trails, four rivers, three lakes, and fishing, canoeing, and tubing all within a 20-minute drive of us. A little further out is the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 35 minutes from downtown Greensboro, 45 minutes from the Blue Ridge Rock Festival, 50 minutes from downtown Winston-Salem, and 70 minutes from Downtown Raleigh.
